These are very moreish and can be eaten hot or cold. Delicious tangy goats’ cheese mixed with sweet potato and tender spinach is heaped onto sheets of puff pastry and rolled “roulade” style. This is then sliced thinly before baking. A spicy tomato or crème fraiche dip complements perfectly. A particular favourite as a party food alongside any of our 3 flavours of sauce rolls.
