Mint leaves and seasoning have been used to enhance the flavour and accentuate that unique lamb taste. Steamed leeks and buttery carrots are a perfect light addition to this rich and filling pie parcel. We recommend a teaspoon of mint jelly and some lamb gravy ( I cheat with lamb gravy granules!) if you really want a special dinner treat.
