In days gone by we made a complete breakfast in a pie, but now we are more conscious of calories. Not daunted, we preserved and today we have an alternative. A full breakfast wrapped around a scotch egg! Sausage meat is paired with strips of dry cured smoked bacon, herbs and seasoning and is finished with crispy breadcrumbs and baked to perfection. We think that is quite clever!
