Vegetarian Haggis, Neeps & Tatties Pie (Vegan)


We love this recipe. So tasty & absolutely no meat, eggs, butter or milk!

A blended Scotch Whisky and coconut milk is folded into locally sourced Haggis. This is then placed carefully on a layer of turnip and gently steamed potato. What stunning look when sliced open. A complete Burns supper in a pie.
Serving suggestion – A Burns poetry book and a wee dram and the Burns Night celebration can get started!

Cooking Instructions –
Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees C (350 degrees F – Gas Mark 4).
Remove all packaging. Pop in pie for 25-30 minutes
Storage –
Keep refrigerated below 5 degrees C. Product suitable for home freezing. Freeze within use by date for 6 months.
Fully defrost under refrigeration prior to reheating. Use within 24 hours of defrosting.
