Aubergine, Courgette, Peppers, Onion, Garlic, Black Olives and Capers fried in olive oil then casseroled gently with feta cheese. Very nice hot or cold.

First impressions, crisp pastry with a nice flake. A colourful chunky filling, well seasoned, with good lumps of feta. Vegetables and feta can become a bit of a muddy mess in some pies, but not this one.
