A blended Scotch Whisky and cream is folded into locally sourced Haggis. (Took us a while to “hunt it down”) This is then placed lovingly on a layer of buttery turnip and gently steamed potato. What stunning look when sliced open! A complete Burns supper in a pie.
Serving suggestion – Burns poetry and a wee dram and have a Burns Night celebration any time of the year!
